How do I instrument my first AI workload?

Install the Songlines SDK or use our REST API to send telemetry events. Navigate to API Keys in the dashboard to generate your first key, then follow the Quick Start guide in our documentation.

What data does Songlines Control store?

We store AI request metadata (model name, token counts, latency, workflow identifiers) — not the content of your prompts or completions unless you explicitly enable prompt logging. All data is stored in Australian data centres.

How do I add team members to my organisation?

Navigate to Users in the dashboard and use the Invite button to send email invitations. Invited users can sign in with their existing account or create a new one.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription from the Billing page in the dashboard. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. For Microsoft Marketplace subscriptions, cancellation is managed through the Azure portal.

Is my data compliant with IRAP / APS AI Policy?

Songlines Control is designed with IRAP-ready architecture. You can download a compliance evidence package from the Audit & Compliance page, which includes ISM control mappings, data residency confirmation, and ISO 27001:2022 Annex A mapping.

Can I use Songlines Control with my own sovereign AI endpoint?

Yes. Navigate to Settings → Sovereign AI Endpoint to configure your Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or custom endpoint. Once configured, all LLM features in the platform will route through your sovereign infrastructure.

How does Microsoft Marketplace billing work?

If you subscribed via Azure Marketplace or AppSource, billing is managed by Microsoft and appears on your Azure bill. You can manage your subscription from the Azure portal or from the Billing page in Songlines Control.

What is the data retention period?

Trial: 30 days. Songlines Control: 90 days. Gateway and Platform: configurable retention policy. You can view and configure retention in Settings → Data & Privacy.
